The SONIC Wacky App®, owned by SONIC Capital LLC, is committed to providing a safe, fun environment for kids and their families. The SONIC Wacky App® encourages families to enhance their SONIC experience through the app, but realizes that the opportunity for kids to use apps unsupervised is a potential reality. Parents and guardians of kids who visit the SONIC Wacky App® can be assured that any personal information provided to this site will be collected and maintained in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). This privacy policy explains how the information provided by our guests is collected and used.


II. Information Collection and Use
A child’s participation in an activity on the app will not be conditioned on requiring more personal information than is necessary to participate in that activity. If an app activity includes taking photos or video, this content is stored solely on the user’s device.
If you or your child uses our app, we may collect persistent identifiers about which features your child used, how long and how often the app is used. This information is collected about the user with common tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) only for internal reporting and app performance evaluation purposes.

The SONIC Wacky App® collects guest information as described in Section II of this policy, for internal purposes only. The SONIC Wacky App® only shares aggregate demographic information with SONIC Capital LLC.  Information collected on this app is owned by SONIC Capital LLC, a Sonic Corp. subsidiary. 

However, personal information provided to a SONIC Wacky App® is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders.

Our app contains links to other sites whose information practices may be different from ours. Guests should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as the sites are not covered by our privacy policy.
